Help at Home Services

Rate: £17 per hour

Minimum Time: 1 hour

What's Included: Shopping, errands, and other household tasks. If I go out on your behalf, a mileage charge of 40p per mile will apply.

Availability: One-off appointments or regular bookings (daily, weekly, or fortnightly).

Social Outings

Rate: £22 per hour

What's Included: Social outings with transport provided for journeys up to 10 miles.

Availability: Flexible to suit your needs.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Hours

Rate: £25 per hour

What's Included: Social outings with transport provided for journeys up to 10 miles.

Availability: Flexible to suit your needs.

Consultation
Before we start, we’ll have a friendly chat to discuss your needs and how I can best assist you.

Cancellations
Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. There’s a £20 cancellation fee for late cancellations, except in extreme circumstances (e.g., health issues).

Payment Methods
I accept cash or bank transfer. Payments should be settled before or during the appointment unless we’ve made other arrangements.
